A District Court in Texas has issued a preliminary injunction against the implementation of President Obama’s recent announcement of his Executive Actions on immigration. Namely, the injunction is preventing from temporarily implementing the expansion of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA), and Deferred Action for Parents of Americans (DAPA).
